Hi Kris, I want to make inquiry about this A75 Dapeng fone cos I love it. Is it really android running or android UI? How much does it cost to ship to Nigeria and what is the mode of payment. Secondly, when will it arrive after I order. can the 3g work in Nigeria? Also tell if I can get with it with htc logo plus a screen protector. Thanks so much in anticipation of your prompt response.

    1. Hello Stephen,
The phone costs US$155 at Fastcardtech. It has real Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) running on it. Fastcardtech accepts payments through Western Union, Moneygram, Paypal, or Bank Transfer. The 3G frequencies supported by this phone are WCDMA 900/2100 MHz. Check the frequencies provided by the Telecom Networks in your country if they support WCDMA 900/2100 MHz. I don’t know how much it would cost to ship to your country or if you can get an HTC logo and screen protector since I am just a blogger and I only feature and review Chinese phones. You need to ask these questions to Fastcardtech since they are selling this phone. You can visit their website here: Fastcardtech.

Hi Kris, I just stumbled accross your website, and wish to thank you for the interesting information contained.
I am in Australia and recently purchased the Dapeng A75 smartphone. It worked wonders for a while, but now the phone will not charge up the battery. I have installed new battery and used a new charging cable, but the battery remains uncharged. I notice postings on some websites with other buyers of this phone having similar
charging issues with their dapeng A75. Although the icon on the phone shows that charging is in action, nevertheless the battery will not charge up. Consequently I am unable to use my phone. Could this be a factory
fault.? As I have said, I have installed new battery, but the phone will not charge up the battery. Are there any other users of the Dapeng A75 having the same problem

    1. Hello Joe! Thank you for the compliment! Did you use a battery and charging cable which is according to the phone’s specifications? Did you also try using a new charger (DC adapter)? If you have, then I believe it is a factory defect. If your phone is under warranty, you should contact the seller and arrange for a replacement.

I am Murage from Mombasa, Kenya. I have been using the Dapeng A75 for the past four months, and true to their word, it is a rather lovely phone, meeting all the expectations of a smart phone.
The size is quite big and i would wish that a smaller version be made available but with the same specifications. The important thing about this phone in the Kenyan market is that it has passed the Communication Commission of Kenya (CCK) requirements as an original phone and would encourage any person willing to get a smart phone to go for it

    1. Thank you for your comment Murage! It’s good to know that Chinese smartphones like Dapeng A75 have passed your country’s requirements as an original phone. It just proves that not all Chinese phones are imitations. Many are original and some really stand out.

    Hi, There,

After 7 months of usage, my DAPENG A75 Android 3 G is no longer working – no image on the screen. What should I do to get it fixed. I am in the USA.

    1. Hi! It seems you have some hardware issues. You can return it to the seller for the warranty. But if it does not have any warranty, better have it fixed by a cellphone technician.

I have had this phone for over a year and despite having dropped it a week after i got it and breaking one corner of the screen it is a terrific phone for me. The very few problems I have had with it were really quite minor and based in the software.

Hey there i have a dapeng model phone too, and my charging port no longer charges, so i was wondering would dapeng batterys charge in samsung galaxys battery charger or even samsung wireless charger.

    1. Hi! You can use other chargers as long as they have the same output ratings as the original charger (output voltage, current, etc.).
