Hi Kris, I’m thinking of buying this Jiayu G3T which sounds really good for its price. The specification data you posted sound great, but what I’m missing is HSDPA and HSUPA. As I know its predecessor (Jiayu G3) does have these features which speed up the Up- and Download quite a lot.
I’m sure you have a better source to find out it. Would be very pleased if I get this information from you.
    many thanks

    1. Hi! Jiayu G3T also supports HSDPA 7.2 Mbps/42Mbps and HSUPA 5.76 Mbps. All features of Jiayu G3 are retained in G3T except for the newer and better processor.

        Hi Kris,
Thank a lot for your fast reply. I ordered it right after I read your reply and am pretty excited now when it will be delivered. Well I have to pay import tax and customs charge but it’s still cheaper than buying another label here with similar performance.
Wish you lot funs with your blog.

        1. You’re welcome Phat! Just don’t forget to tell them to set the language of the phone to your preferred language before sending it to you. Thanks for the visiting my site! I wish you lots of fun with your new phone as well!

Hi Kris, I’m still waiting for the delivery. In the mean time I looked around in the web and run into some issues for G3 and G3S which may be true for G3T too:
            – Screen display’s unwanted jump: reported for G3
            – Phone calls not available inside building (weak signal) reported for G3/G3S whereas other device work at the same location.
Do you know of these problems? I hope it’s only the case for some specific items and not general for all G3/G3S devices.

          1. Hello Phat! I don’t know about these issues since I don’t own G3. But I have a Jiayu G2 and it has been working great for more than a year now. I believe these problems are not general. I’m sure if there were problems in G3/G3S, Jiayu has already addressed them in G3T.

Don’t worry too much. It’s normal that you may notice some minor issues with any phone, whether it is Samsung, Apple or Jiayu. No phone is perfect anyway. But I’m sure you will enjoy the great features of Jiayu G3T that other popular phones don’t have.

          Hi Phatt
To which country to import it and what is the import duty/tax you paid ?Also plz confirm about the problem you had mentioned here.

            Hi Rahul,
To Germany , from Hongkong. The import tax is depending on country, for Germany it’s quite high (19% of the sum of product price and shipping).
However the phone is working perfectly and fast. It’s worth its price anyway. Up to now I can’t detect the problems I mentioned for G3/G3S.

    Hi Phat
Can you evaluate the G3T flash intensity and the GPS reception ?
Is both close to my old htc Legend ?
Both are critical for me ,as I use the fash as night torch and its must-have.
I just sold a brand new, week old T94 for a poor & weak flash and no GPS reception at all.

    This phone looks fine
    thank for your help
