Apple seems to be behind after steve passed away, I always had to admit that the next iPhone would immediately be on top, but not anymore. I actually despise the un-usefulness of the iPad mini and iPhone 5, iPad 4 isn’t a big innovation either.

Kris, I think there is a mistake about the size of this phone. How can this phone with a size of 129mm X 65mm and the look in the picture above has 5inch screen? or do they mean 4.5inch screen. Giayu G3 is 135mm x 65mm and has 4.5inch screen, Please kindly find out the details.
Secondly, does the manufacturer of this phone have their own factory? What about the quality compared to Giayu G3.

Hi Darry! The information I found recently suggests that the size of the phone is 129 x 65 x 6.9 mm. I can’t explain why this is so. Anyway, OPPO has its own factory. I’d have to say OPPO has better quality than Jiayu. OPPO has been around the Chinese phone market longer.
The description is relative to the “OPPO Find 5″ not to the “OPPO Find 5 x909″
The screen of the OPPO Find 5 x909 is 4.5 inch only HD not FULL HD, with resolution of 1280×720
I think you have to modify also other specifications ;)

Hello! The links you provided on OPPO Find X909 are a little outdated. They were posted in August when news came out about this new “thinnest phone”. It is normal for Chinese manufacturers to release engineering models or prototypes which have specs that are different from the final product.
So, I think that OPPO Find 5 X909 and OPPO Find 5 are one and the same. Unless you can provide a more recent link that says OPPO Find 5 X909 and OPPO Find 5 are two different phones. I based my post above from updated Chinese websites that need translation. I don’t know about the pics, but I believe its pretty hard to determine right now which picture of the phone is the most accurate. All those “leaked” pics could all be just prototypes of the phone.
Anyway, we’ll see once the phone gets finally released hopefully next month.
I think you’re right Kris, but I think that anyway the size of the phone will be necessarily different for a 5 inch screen, and it seems that the size of the “OPPO Find 5″ are not public yet.
I think that 129 x 65 x 6.9 mm is relative to the precedent prototype “OPPO Find 5 x909″

this ph0ne is a beast! no one can win to this ph0ne in specs, style and looks.. but what about the materials that was used? it came fr0m a chinese c0mpany right? probably a substandard.
OPPO is a famous company in China. OPPO phones cost slightly higher than other well-known Chinese phone brands like Lenovo or ZTE, so I don’t think they use substandard materials in their phones. I believe they make high quality products.

Hi Joe! Why did you say it is only dual core? I believe Qualcomm Snapdragon APQ8064 is a quad core CPU.
I just stumbled over this review. I wonder if you didn’t mix up with the pictures of the OPPO Finder ? I bought the Finder for my wife a few week ago and the looks are identical. Maybe you need to check it carefully.

Yes it will work worldwide including Denmark. But for 3G compatibility, check your network’s 3G frequencies and make sure it supports the phone’s 3G frequencies. Otherwise, you won’t have 3G access.
Are there Arabic and Swedish language?
Hi! The information I have says it only has English and Chinese language. But you can install custom ROMs with Swedish and Arabic languages if you root this phone.
I can’t see at en.oppo.com that it will support lte.Are you sure it will support LTE?
The phone is not yet released so it is not shown on their website yet. I am not sure but my sources say it supports LTE.

OPPO Find 5 was launched just this December. It should be available in the Chinese market in a couple of weeks.

Hi! I’m not sure if it has a Russian version. But you can root the phone and install custom Russian ROMs, although it would void the warranty. You can search it on Google.
